Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us through our contact form with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition

Be returned in the original packaging

Be sent back within 30 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A handling fee may apply:

£10 for small products (under 1 kg)

£20 for larger products (over 1 kg)

If a shipment is refused upon delivery, a £10 fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds may be withheld until the returned item has been received

Unopened Consumable Products

For hygiene reasons, consumable pet products can only be returned if they are unopened and sealed.

Items must:

Be unopened with the seal intact

Be returned in their original packaging

If approved, the product price will be refunded (excluding shipping costs).
